Party Pineapple filled with Hearts of Palm
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole pineapple
1 jar of hearts of palm
2 green apples
250 g of cooked ham in a feta
FOR THE SAUCE
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
150 ml of cream
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp. curry
3 tsp. pineapple juice
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION
1. Remove the lid of the pineapple, with deep hollowing knife with saw, remove the pulp, cut into cubes and place in a bowl and cut palmettos unite bias; and apples and diced ham.
2. Mix thoroughly, carefully, and fill the hollowed pineapple.
