Mango Bourbon Turkey Glaze




A turkey of approximately 5 kg
• 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 1/2 onion powder
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika.
• 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 3 tablespoons of salt
• 100 ml oil

Glazed

• 3/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup of bourbon
• 1/2 cup Mango Jungle Pulp

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 220 C° for 15 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 180 C°.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the turkey marinade. It is important to put seasoning under the
skin so that the meat also absorbs the flavor, always taking care not to break the skin of
the turkey.
3. Bake the turkey for approximately 3 hours. Constantly check the doneness of the turkey.
For the glaze.
4. In a pot, add the ingredients and mix over medium/low heat. Let reduce by a third until it
has a thick consistency to be able to ice the turkey.
5. When our turkey is almost ready, we glaze all the parts of the turkey with the glaze.
6. We finish baking to serve and enjoy the turkey.
