- 1 Liter Guava pulp
- 500 grams Sugar
- 30 ml Lemon juice
Preparation
In a pot add the ingredients and mix over high heat without stopping moving for approximately 30 minutes, to prevent sticking.
After the time, lower the temperature and let the mixture gradually thicken for approximately 30 more minutes.
In an elongated mold, cover the base with adhesive plastic. Let the preparation cool down a bit before pouring it into the mold.
Once cold, pour it into the mold, cover it and reserve it with the plastic for at least 12 hours. Cut and serve.
