Breakfast Bruleé

Breakfast Brulee

Ingredients: 

To decorate:

  • Strawberries, Mango, Pineapple
  • Special equipment: Bruleé torch


Preparation:

  1. In one bowl add the yogurt, Honey, and Passion Fruit Pulp mix.
  2. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar evenly over the top of the yogurt.
  3. Very carefully, using your bruleé torch, light the sugar until it turns golden brown and bubbly, about 5-10 seconds.
  4. Top as desired with cut fruit. Enjoy.
